胃癌生存素蛋白的表达及其与临床病理关系

目的研究凋亡抑制基因生存素(Survivin)在胃癌组织的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系,以探讨其在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法检测Survivin蛋白在50例胃癌组织和20例正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况,并分析Survivin蛋白与胃癌临床病理指标的关系。结果①正常胃组织中Survivin蛋白均阴性,50例胃癌组织中生存素总的阳性率为70%(35/50)。②Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌组织中Survivin蛋白阳性率分别为43%,50%,82%,77%,有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。③淋巴结转移阳性的胃癌组织中Survivin蛋白阳性表达率为85%(23/27),无淋巴结转移为52%(12/23),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。④Survivin蛋白阳性率在男性患者为68%,女性患者为75%,无显著性差异(P>0.05);在黏膜及黏膜下层、肌层、浆膜层Survivin蛋白阳性率分别为50%,62%,74%,无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论Survivin基因在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用,检测胃癌组织中Survivin蛋白的表达对判断预后和指导治疗有一定意义。

Expression of survivin albumen in gastric cancer and it''''s clinical-pathological implication

Objective It is to study the expression of survivin in gastric cancer and discuss its clinical-pathological implication.Methods The expressions of survivin albumen in 50 cases of gastric cancer and 20 normal people were detected immunohistochemistry method and its relation with the clinical-pathological parameters of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results ①Survivin albumen was negative expression in normal gastric mucosa. Survivin albumen was expressed in 35 of 50(70%) cases of gastric cancer samples.②The positive rates of survivin albumen in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ gastric cancer were respectively 43%,50%,82% and 77%(P<0.01).③The positive rates in gastric cancer with and without local lymph node metastasis were 85%(23/27) and 52%(12/23)(P<0.05).④The positive rates in gastric cancer of survivin albumen in male and female was 68% and 75%(P>0.05).The positive rates of survivin albumen in mucous layer,muscle layer and chorion layer were respectively 50%,62% and 74%(P>0.05).Conclusion Survivin albumen has important meaning in genesis and development of gastric cancer.Survivin albumen may play an essential role in gastric carcinogenesis and serves as a marker for prognosis and therapy.
