电针头穴对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及生存质量改善的临床研究

目的:采用随机对照试验的方法,研究电针头穴对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及生存质量的改善情况,为针灸临床提供可靠证据。方法:将纳入试验的90例患者随机分配到针药组、电针组和针药结合组,共治疗6周。治疗前后分别进行MMSE量表和ADL-R量表检测。结果与结论:3个组对血管性痴呆患者的认知功能及生存质量的改善均有效,但组间比较没有差异。药物组、电针组和针药结合组治疗VD患者前后相比对认知、记忆、运用和视空间技能均有明显的改善;药物组和针药组对言语能力的改善明显;而在记忆能力的改善方面,3个组均有效,并且头电针配合使用尼莫地平治疗效果优于单用尼莫地平或头电针治疗。

Clinical Research on Cognition Level and Living Quality of Vascular Dementia By Scalp Electric Acupuncture

Objective:Investigate the clinical effect of scalp electric acupuncture on cognition level and living quality of vascular dementia,and apply the evidence for clinic.Methods:90 patients were involved in this trial,and divided into 3 groups.Patients in drug group were treated with Nimodipine,acupuncture group were treated with scalp electric acupuncture,and the last group were adding scalp electric acupuncture with Nimodipine.Every group measured MMSE and ADL-R measuring scale,and then rechecked 6 weeks later when treatment course were completed.Results and conclusion:The entire groups had effect on treating cognition level and living quality,but there were no significant differences between them.All of the group can evidently improve the ability of cognition,memory,operate & visual-space skill;drug group and acupuncture-drug group had better effect on verbal ability.There were significant differences between 3 groups on memory ability,and scalp electric acupuncture group with Nimodipine was the best.
