| 摘 要： | 目的：通过检索《中国普外基础与临床杂志》中所有临床随机对照试验论文。了解目前普外医师临床科研设计的方法学现状。方法：对《中国普外基础与临床杂志》1994年（创刊）-2000年中发表的临床研究文献进行逐页手检，严格筛选RCT和CCT，并对之进行评价。结果：在七卷32期中共刊登临床研究论文252篇。其中RCT和CCT共22篇（8.7%)。RCT/CCT文章1999年以后明显多于1999年以前。结论：《中国普外基础与临床杂志》刊登的临床研究论文中RCT/CCT文章日益增多，说明普外医师的临床研究，已开始从经验医学向循证医学转变。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the current situation of clinical trails by investigating the Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery.Method:All apers related in the past 7 years were assessed according to the international standard.Result:It showed that the quality and quantity of RCT and CCT are not satisfactory.Conclusion:It is important to improve the quality and quantity of the clinical articles. |
