云南省多民族老年人头发中元素含量与疾病的相关性分析

目的 :了解微量元素对老年人健康的影响以及与疾病的关系。方法 :从 6477例 60岁以上老人中随机取发样 1 2 3 7人份 ,采用等离子体发射光谱法检测头发中 Ca、Mn、Zn、Cu、Al、Sr的含量 ,并进行病例对照研究。结果 :发 Ca、Mn、Zn、Cu、Al、Sr等 6种元素分别不同程度与高血压、呼吸系统疾病、老年性痴呆、骨折等疾病相关。结论 :钙、锶存在着平衡关系 ,锶通过钙影响钠吸收、排泄而影响血压。老人经常感冒和慢性支气管炎可能与锌缺乏致免疫功能低下有关。铝与老年性痴呆患病率呈正相关。骨折发生率高与发锶含量低有关

The analyses of the hair's trace element comment interrelation to diseases on the elder in Yunnan Province

Objective:To finds out relations between the trace element and the elder's health or diseases.Methods:the 1237 hairs were tested for element Ca?Mn?Zn?Cu?Al?Si,which come from the 6477 elder,whom agesoover 60 years,in plasma emission spectrum,and research in casecontrol study.Results:The element Ca?Mn?Zn?Cu?Al?Si on hairs are interrelated the hypertension,chronic bronchitis,senile dementia,fracture and so on.Conclusion:It seems that the element calcium and strontium keep them balance.The strontium ion passes through the calcium ion,which affects the absorption and excretion of the sodium ion,then affects the blood pressure.The elders often catching cold and suffering from chronic bronchitis maybe relates to low immunity of lack Zinc ion.The aluminum ion is positive interrelated the senile dementia prevalence rate.The low of element strontium content induces high of the incidence of fracture.
