| 摘 要： | 提要：正畸矫治效果主要受治疗方式和颅面部生长发育的影响。颅面部生长发育包括生长时机、生长量以及生长方向。颅面部的生长变化与众多因素有关，例如颅面部结构及形态特征、遗传、环境、功能、疾病、习惯等。本文旨在阐述青少年颅面部生长纵向变化及其临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | The outcome of orthodontic treatment is mainly influenced by the therapy and craniofacial growth changes,including the timing,magnitude and directions of growth.Craniofacial structure and morphology character,heredity,environment,function,disease and habits are the main factors to the craniofacial growth changes.Based on the longitudinal researches on adolescent growth,this paper aims to elaborate the longitudinal changes of craniofacial growth and their clinical implications. |
