200例足月妊娠妇女凝血功能的结果分析

目的：了解足月妊娠妇女凝血功能指标的变化及其临床意义。方法：采用Sysmex CA-1500全自动凝血分析仪检测200例足月妊娠妇女（妊娠组）及200例健康非妊娠妇女（非妊娠组）的凝血酶原时间（PT）,国际标准化比值（INR）,纤维蛋白原（Fib）,活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）及凝血酶时间（TT）,并进行分析比较。结果：妊娠组的PT、INR、APTT均较非妊娠组明显缩短,Fib明显高于非妊娠组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;两组TT比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：产前凝血功能的检测对预防和治疗DIC的发生和发展有着重要意义。

Analysis of coagulation function in 200 cases of full-term pregnant women

Objective：To learn the changes of blood coagulation indexes of the full-term pregnant women and its clinical significance. Methods：200 cases of full-term pregnant women（pregnancy group） and 200 cases of non-pregnant women（nonpregnancy group） were detected with Sysmex CA-1500 in prothrombin time（PT） ,international normalized ratio（INR） ,fibrinogen（Fib） ,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and thrombin time（TT） for analysis and comparison. Results：The PT、INR、APTT of pregnancy group were shorter than those of non-pregnancy group,the Fib of pregnancy group was patency higher than that of non-pregnancy group（P〈0.05） . There was no significant difference between two groups in TT（P〉0.05） . Conclusion：Antenatal examination of coagulation function has high value in prevention and treatment of pregnancy.
