| 摘 要： | 目的：观察骨化三醇及骨化三醇联合仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松症（OP）的疗效及安全性。方法：将40例患者随机分成骨化三醇（19例）、骨化三醇与阿仑膦酸钠联合治疗组（21例），分别测定治疗前后腰椎及髋部骨密度并观察其疼痛等症状。结果：联合治疗组L1－4及髋部骨密度均有升高，其中L2－4骨密度升高14．1％（P＜0．05）；骨化三醇组L1－4，其中L2－4骨密度升高7．3％（P＜0．05）；髋部无明显升高。结论：骨化三醇及阿仑膦酸钠联合骨化三醇对骨密度均有明显上升作用，联合治疗好于单用骨化三醇。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of calcitriol andalendronate on senile osteoporosis(OP). Methods 40 cases of OP were divided into two groups,i.e.calcitriol group( 19 cases)and calcitriol plus alendronate group(21 cases).The bone mineral density( BMD) and symptoms were detected before and after treatment. Results In both groups, BMD L1～4 increased significantly(P＜ 0.05). BMD L2～4 was increased 7.3％ in calcitriol group and 14.1％ in calcitriol plus alendronate group. Conclusions Both calcitriol and calcitriol plus alendronate are effective for senile osteoporosis. The effect of calcitriol plus alendronate is superior to calcitriol alone. |
