经尿道前列腺电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生（附34例）

目的提高高龄高危前列腺增生患者TURP治疗水平。方法回顾性分析我科自2007年7月～2010年7月共行高龄高危前列腺增生患者TURP术34例。结果本组34例安全实施TURP,手术平均时间67min,电切前列腺组织平均50.5g。随访6～12个月,无严重并发症。国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）,剩余尿（PVR）,最大尿流率（Qmax）,生活质量评分（QOL）均有明显改善,P〈0.01。结论只要加强高龄高危前列腺增生患者围手术期处理,积极治疗伴随症,TURP仍是治疗高龄高危BPH患者的安全有效手段。

TURP for benign prostate hyperplasia of advanced age and highrisk (report of 34 caes)

Objective To Imrove senile and high-risk patients with benign prostate hyperplasia TURP treatment level.Methods The data（2007.7～2010.7）of 34 senile and high risk patients with BH who had been subjected to TURP were analysed retrospetively.Results The All operations were performed safely.Average weight of resected tissue was 50.5 gram and average operative time was 67 minutes.Follow-up of 6 to 12 months,no serious complications.International prostate symptoms score（IPSS）,residual urine（PVR）,the biggest urine flow rate（Qmax）,the quality of life（QOL）score will be improved obviously,P〈0.01.Conclusion Want to strengthen senile and high-risk patients with benign prostate hyperplasia age of perioperative period,active therapy with TURP syndrome,is still at senile and high risk of BPH therapy in patients with safe and effective means.
