| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多索茶碱对支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)大鼠肺部炎症的影响,以及对哮喘发病时白细胞介素-5在肺部沉积的影响。方法:(1)免疫组织化学法检测白细胞介素-5在肺部沉积的情况;(2)肺组织学检查;(3)酶联免疫吸附实验检测外周血总IgE水平。结果:哮喘组支气管肺泡灌洗液中及血清中IgE的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞介素-5在肺部的沉积也明显多于对照组;而多索茶碱干预组IgE水平明显低于哮喘组(P<0.05),肺组织病变减轻,白细胞介素-5的沉积也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:多索茶碱能减少白细胞介素-5在肺部的沉积,从而减少气道的高反应性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effect of theophylline on inflammatory airway of asthmatic mouse,and depositive effect of interleukin-5 when patient fall in asthma.Methods:①Detect interleukin-5 deposit in bellows (immunohistochemical method).② Inspection of bellows histological anatomy.③Detect the contents IgE of peripheral blood (ELISA).Results:The group of asthma’s level of IgE in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid higher than control group (P<0.05).The deposit of interleukin-5 in asthma more than control group.However,the contents of level of IgE in group of theophylline intervention were lower than in asthma (P< 0.05).The deposit of interleukin-5 have decrease obviously (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Theophylline can lessen the deposit of interleukin-5 have decrease obviously (P<0.05). |
