呼吸内科抗菌药物使用分析

目的了解我院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物应用情况及合理性,促进抗菌药物的规范化使用。方法调查呼吸内科2010年6～12月住院病历751份,统计分析抗菌药物的使用种类、使用率、使用频度（DDDs）、联合用药情况等。结果抗菌药物的使用率为94.5%;共涉及11类33种,单用比例为79.4%,联合用药率为20.6%。结论我院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,应进一步提高合理用药水平。

An analysis of antibiotics application in respiratory medicine department

Objective To get an idea of reasonable application of antibacterial drugs to hospital inpatients in the respiratory medicine of our hospital,and to promote the standardization of antibiotic use.Methods To make a survey of 751 medical records of Respiratory Medicine,from June,2010 to December,2010;and to have a statistical analysis of antimicrobial drug types,rate,the frequency of use（DDDs）,combination therapy and so on.Results The antimicrobial drug using rate was 94.5% which involved a total of 11 categories,33 types,among which the single-use ratio was 79.4%,while the combination therapy was 20.6%.Conclusion The use of antibiotics by the respiratory medicine of our hospital is proper and reasonable,but there are still some problems.We should further improve the level of rational drug use.
