螺旋CT对外耳道病变的诊断价值

目的提高对外耳道病变螺旋CT影像的认识和重视。方法对经病理证实的34例患者的36耳CT影像进行回顾性分析。结果本组36耳外耳道病变中,其中外耳道胆脂瘤伴肉芽者15耳,外耳道胆脂瘤6耳,外耳道乳头状瘤6耳,外耳道骨瘤1耳,外耳癌2耳。外耳道肉芽5耳,血管瘤1耳。结论外耳道病变虽较少行CT检查,但CT对外耳道疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。

The value of spiral CT in diagnosing external auditory canal disease

Objective For full recognization to spiral CT imaging on the external audiory canal disease.Methods CT imaging of 34 cases（36 ears） confirmed with pathology were analysed in details.Results There were external auditory canal disease in 36 cases,of which 15 ears existed external auditory cannal cholesteatoma combined with granulation,6 ears had external auditory cannal cholesteatoma,6 ears with papilloma of external auditory cannal,1 ear with external canal auditory osteoma,2 ears with carcinoma of the external auditory canal,5 ears with external auditory canal granulation,1 ear with hemangiom.Conclusion Although imaging exam ination for external auditory canal is less needed,CT plays an important role in diagnoses and differential diagnoses of external auditory canal lesions.
