血清维生素D含量及儿童期哮喘相关因素横断面调查研究

目的探讨血清维生素D在儿童期哮喘患者中含量变化,及与儿童哮喘发生的相关性。方法纳入2009年7月～2010年5月我院就诊患儿86例,均符合儿童期哮喘诊断标准。ABC-ELISA法检测患儿25-羟维生素D含量,结合相关临床指标,评价其与儿童期哮喘发生的相关性。结果 86例患儿,男44例,女42例,平均年（7.83±3.76）岁,病程3个月～1年不等;两组比较显示哮喘患儿组血清VitD含量显著低于CON组（CON组VitD含量为（36.09±3.73）ng/ml,患儿含量（21.32±7.21）ng/ml（,P〈0.05）。37例患儿血清VitD含量低于CON组单侧95%可信区间;患儿年龄,1年内复发次数,FEV1,FEV1/FVC及糖皮质激素使用量与患儿VitD含量相关。结论血清维生素D降低可能与儿童期哮喘发生有关,其机制需要进一步研究。

The serum vitamin D level and related factors research for childhood asthma in cross-sectional study

Objective To study the relation between Serum vitamin D levels and related factors for childhood asthma in cross-sectional study.Methods 86 children in our hosptial suffering from asthma according to childhood Diagnostic criteria in GINA between July 2009 to may 2010.Serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D level was examined by ABC-ELISA method.Combined with clinical data,its effect on childhood asthma was discussed.Results 86 asthma childred with 44 male cases and 42 cases,whose mean age was（7.83±3.76） year old,their duration ranging from 3 moths to 1 year;compared with CON group,the 25 hydroxy vitamin D level in asthma children was significantly lower（36.09±3.73ng/ml in CON group,（21.32±7.21）ng/ml in asthma children（P0.05）.The 25 hydroxy vitamin D level in 37 asthma case were lower than 95% unilateral confidence interval in CON group;it was showed that age,relapse frequency in 1 year,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and use of corticosteroids associated with 25 hydroxy vitamin D level in asthma children.Conclusion Low Serum vitamin D may be associated with the pathogenesis of childhood asthma,while its mechanism needs further study.
