| 摘 要： | 目的:总结分析下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)血管腔内治疗,探讨ASO腔内治疗的临床经验。方法:对83例下肢ASO患者的病变肢体行DSA检查,评估血管狭窄程度、闭塞和侧枝循环形成情况,经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)进行血管腔内治疗。结果:81例患者治疗有效,成功率97.59%(81/83),共112条动脉血管通过介入治疗开通并恢复血流,血管通畅率97.39%(112/115)。结论:腔内治疗对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症治疗创伤小,疗效佳,恢复快,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
