| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性高血压患者24h脉压与血清胱抑素C（CysC）及尿微量清蛋白（mALB）的关系。方法按脉压高低将168例高血压患者分为2组：A组88例（脉压≤60mmHg）,B组80例（脉压〉60mmHg）,比较两组间血清Cy-sC及尿mALB的差异。结果 B组血清CysC、尿mALB水平显著高于A组。结论原发性高血压患者脉压水平与反应早期肾损害的血清CysC及尿mALB密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between 24h pulse pressure（PP）and serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 168 hypertensive patients were divided into 2 groups based on the pulse pressure：PP≤60mmHg and PP60mmHg.The level of serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin was compared between two groups.Results The level of serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin in patients with PP〉60mmHg was higher than that in patients with PP≤60mmHg.Conclusion The 24h pulse pressure is closely related with serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin in hypertensive patients. |
