| 摘 要： | [背景 ]探讨住院眼外伤的各相关因素 .[病例报告 ]对 4 6 9例 ( 4 89只眼 )住院眼外伤病例进行了临床分析 ,眼外伤占眼科住院病人的 2 5 8% ;2 1～ 5 0岁之间者占 76 9% ;眼外伤中眼球钝挫伤占4 7 9% ,眼球破裂伤及穿透伤占 4 4 6 % ,爆炸伤占 7 6 % ,致盲者占 7 8% .[讨论 ]眼外伤在眼科住院病人中占很大比例 ,且可导致严重的后果 ,应积极预防 ,及时治疗 ,减少眼外伤的发生 ,降低致盲率 . |

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND?To discuss the relative factors for ocular trauma in hospital.?CASE REPORTS?469 cases of inpatients with 489 eyes were statistically analysed. The cases of ocular trauma was 25 8% of the whole inpatients in ophthalmology department, and age of from 21 to 50 years old was 76 9%, and blunt trauma was 47 9%, and fracture and foreign body was 44 6%, and explosion trauma was 7 6% and blinding was 7 8%.?DISCUSSION?Ocular trauma is the high percentage in whole inpatients in ophthalmology department and causes serious consequences. It is necessary that protect eyes adequately and handle trauma in time, so to reduce the ratio of the occurring and blinding of ocular trauma. |
