疝环充填式无张力疝修补治疗腹股沟疝105例分析

目的总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝105例的治疗效果。方法使用美国Bard公司的疝环充填物及网状补片，对105例各类腹股沟疝病人进行无张力修补治疗：观察手术方法及时间、手术指征、术后能力的恢复、术后伤口疼痛、并发症和复发率。结果与传统疝修补手术相比，具有术后疼痛轻、恢复快、方法简便、指征广、并发症少和复发率低的优点。结论本手术较传统疝修补有明显的优势，更符合疝发生的病理生理及解剖结构。尤其适于在基层医院推广。

Clinical Analysis on Mesh-plug Repair of 105 Cases of Inguinal Hernias

Objective To summarize the therapeutic effects of mesh-plug repair on inguinal hernias. Methods A total of 105 herniapatients with inguinal were treated by mesh-plug hernia repair with the BardR Mesh ＆ PerFixR Plug offered by Bard Company in U. S. A. The operative procedure, surgical indication, ability recovery, postoperative pain, complications and recurrence rate were studied. Results The mesh-plug hernia repair had an advantage over the traditional hernia repair proccdure, such as less postoperative pain, easier surgical performance, wider surgical indication, quicker recovery, tewer complications and lower recurrence. Conclusion Mesh-plug hernia repair is convenient and outstanding in hernia repair procedure. It is suitable for being extended to the hospital.
