苦参化学成分研究

[目的]研究苦参的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,利用物理化学和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定.[结果]从苦参乙醚提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为降脱水淫羊藿素、苦参酮、高丽槐素、β-谷甾醇.[结论]苦参含降脱水淫羊藿素、苦参酮、高丽槐素、β-谷甾醇.

Study on the chemical constituents of the Sophora flavescens Ait

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the Sophora flavescens Ait.METHODSThe isolation and purification was performed by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were identified by physical chemistry and spectral analysis.RESULTSFour compounds were isolated and identified from the ether extract as the Nor-anhydroicaritin,Kuratinone,l-maackian and β-sitosterol.CONCLUSION The Nor-anhydroicaritin,Kuratinone,l-maackian and β-sitosterol are isolated from the Sophora flavescens Ait.
