胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与急性脑梗死的关系

摘    要:目的:观察急性脑梗死血清胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的浓度水平变化。方法检测2012年11月~2013年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者31例空腹CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C的浓度水平;以同期健康体检者30例为对照组,比较两组间各项指标的差异,并进行统计分析。结果脑梗死组CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C的浓度明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。经logistic回归分析发现,CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C是脑梗死的危险因素(OR值分别为1.036、1.664、1.484、1.241、1.070)。结论 CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C的水平与急性脑梗死密切相关,可能是脑梗死的危险因素,监测并适当干预具有重要临床价值。

Relationship of CysC,Hcy, hs-CRP,TC and LDL-C with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To observe the concentration changes of serum cystatin C (CysC), homocysteine (Hcy), hypersensitive C-reac-tive protein (hs-CRP), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C ) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 31 cases with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized within the period from Nov., 2012 to Oct., 2013 were selected to be cere-bral infarction group and 30 normal cases in physical examination were selected to be control group; detection of fasting CysC, Hcy, hs-CRP, TC and LDL-C was made to all the cases in both groups;the difference between the index of the cases in the 2 groups was sta-tistically analyzed. Results The levels of CysC, Hcy, hs-CRP, TC and LDL-C of the cases in cerebral infarction group were obviously higher than those of the cases in control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P〈0.05); logistic regression analysis re-vealed that CysC, Hcy, hs-CRP, TC and LDL-C were the risk factors of cerebral infarction with the OR of 1.036, 1.664, 1.484, 1.241, 1.070 respectively. Conclusions The levels of CysC, Hcy, hs-CRP, TC and LDL-C, the possible risk factors, were closely related to acute cerebral infarction;monitoring and certain intervention are of important clinical significance.
