| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前路椎体次全切椎体间植骨融合加钢板内固定治疗相邻节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法23例相邻节段脊髓型颈椎病患者，男15例，女8例。行前路椎体次全切，取体髂骨植骨融合加钢板内固定。结果术后随访6个月～3年，根据JOA评分标准，优良率为95．6％。结论椎体次全切同时植骨内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical effects of subtotal vertebrectomy,autograft and plate fixation through anterior approach in the treatment of close together S-T segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods In 23 cervical spondylotic myelopathy patients, 15 were male and 8 female. All patients were treated with subtotal vertebrectomy, self-iliac bone graft, and plate fixation through anterior approach. Results 23 patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years. The excellent effective rate of opration was 91.3% by JOA score standard. Conclusion There was well effects through subtotal vertebrectomy, self-iliac bone graft, and plate fixation through anterior approach to treat cervical spondylotic myelopathy. |
