中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究概述

慢性充血性心力衰竭是多种器质性心脏病发展的严重阶段,是危害人类健康和导致死亡的主要原因之一,是由于任何原因的初始心肌损伤(心肌梗死、血液动力负荷过重、炎症等),引起心肌结构和功能的变化,最后导致心室泵血功能低下不能泵出足够的血液以满足组织代谢的需要,以左、右或双心室功能障碍及神经体液调节改变为特征的临床综合征,伴随运动耐力下降、液体潴留和生存时间缩短。综合文献报道,总结了近10年中医药对慢性心力衰竭在辨证分型论治、专方专药治疗、名医经验、中成药、临床研究、动物实验及其他中医特色治疗等方面的研究概况。
