急性重复缺氧对BALB/C小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响

摘    要:
观察重复缺氧对BALB/C小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响。结果在密闭缺氧的重复作用下,BALB/C小鼠第1次缺氧的耐受时间平均为17.3min,第2、3、4次缺氧的耐受时间分别为第1次的3、6、7倍。第4次重复缺氧后,小鼠在低氧分压和氰化钾作用下的存活时间分别较正常对照小鼠增加26倍与2.6倍。结果提示,急性重复缺氧显著增加BALB/C小鼠对缺氧的耐受性。

Abstract:
With repeated exposure of BALB/C mice to hypobaric hypoxia,the tolerance time of the mince in the first run of exposure was 17. 3 min in average and those of the subsequent 2nd,3rd and 4th runs were 3,6 and 7 times longer than that of lst run respectively,the animals'survival times in hypobaric chamber and after cyanide intoxication were 26 and 2.6 times longer respctively than that of the control without exposure to hypoxia.These results indicute that the BALB/C mices tolerance to hypoxia is significantly increased through acute and repetitive exposure to hypoxia.
