清热化瘀滋阴方对狼疮性 MRL/lpr 小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的观察中药清热化瘀滋阴方对狼疮性MRL／lpr小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法选用C57BL／6J小鼠作为对照组，将MRL／lpr小鼠随机分为模型组、中药组（清热化瘀滋阴方组）、西药组（泼尼松组）、中西药结合组（清热化瘀滋阴方加泼尼松组），每组各8只。对照组和模型组给予生理盐水，其余各组连续灌胃给予相应药物4周，4周末荧光显微镜观察肾组织IgG的沉积，测定血清IgG、抗ds—DNA抗体、IL-6、IL-10、ICAM-1的含量。结果与模型组比较，中药组、西药组、中西药结合组MRL／lpr小鼠肾组织IgG荧光强度显著降低、血清IgG、抗ds—DNA抗体、II，6、IL-10、ICAM—1的含量下调，其中以中西药结合组效果更为明显（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论清热化瘀滋阴方具有改善狼疮性MRL／Ipr小鼠免疫功能的作用。

The Effect of Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction on Immune Function of MRL/lpr Lupus Rats

Objective： To study on the impact of Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction on immunity of MRL/lpr lupus rats. Methods： C57BL/6J rats were selected to establish control group. MRL/lpr lupus rats were divided randomly into model group,Chinese medicine group （Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction）,western medicine group （prednisone）,Chi- nese and western medicine combination group （Qingrehuayuziyin ＋prednisone）. Each group included eight mice. The control group and model group were given saline. Other groups were given corresponding medicine by gavage for four weeks. Four weeks later, deposition of IgG in renal tissue was observed by fluorescence microscope. Levels of IgG,anti-ds-DNA antibody,IL-6,IL-lO,ICAM-1 in serum were measured. Result： Compared with model group, IgG fluorescence intensity in renal tissue of MRL/Ipr lupus rats was revealed. Levels of IgG, anti-ds-DNA antibody,IL-6,IL-10,and ICAM-1 in serum were significantly decreased in Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,in group Chinese and the westerm medicine combination group. The differences were of statistical significance （P〈 0.05 ,P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction can effectively improve immune function of MRL/Ipr lupus rats.
