内科急腹症的诊断体会(附220例报告)

报告内科急腹症220例。确诊217例,其中器质性疾病182例,功能性疾病35例。结果表明,两者的年龄分布存在显著性差异,(P<0.05)。呕吐的发生率,器质性疾病和功能性疾病分别为51.65%和14.29%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。伴发热者,感染性疾病为76.85%,非感染性疾病为19.27%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示这些症状有助于鉴别诊断。本文还介绍了内科急腹症的诊断思路和体会。

Diagnostic experience of medical acute abdomen (with a report of 220 cases)

In this paper 220 cases with medical acute abdomen were reported. 217 cases were diagnosed, among them organic diseases were 182 cases and functional disorders 35 cases. The results showed that there was a significant difference in age distribution between the two groups(P<0.05). The concomitant rates of vomit in the groups of organic disease and functional disorder were 51.6% and 14.29%, respectively, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). The concomitant fever rate for infectious disease was 76.85%, the rate for non-infectious disease was 19.27%, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). It suggested that these symtoms were very useful in the differential diagnosis. The author also presented diagnostic thought and experience in medical acute abdomen.
