蒽酮-硫酸法测定灵芝破壁孢子粉中多糖含量的研究

摘    要:目的 建立灵芝破壁抱子粉中多糖含量的测定方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为625nm,用葡萄糖为对照品,测定灵芝破壁抱子粉中多糖含量。结果 不同的提取方法对于多糖的提取率不同。最佳提取方法为沸水浴提取8h。结论 本法稳定可靠,简便快捷,适用于灵芝破壁抱子粉多糖含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of polysaccharide content in sporodermbroken Ganoderma lucidum spores. METHODS The contents of polysaccharide in sporoderm-broken Ganoderma lucidurn spores were determined by UV spectorphotometry at 625nm, with glucose being used as the reference substance. RESULTS Extraction rates of polysaccharide due to the extraction methods. Heating in a 100℃ water bath for 8 hours was found to be the optimal extraction method. CONCLUSION This method is dependable, convenient and rapid, can be used as the determination of polysaccharide in broken cellular wall spore of Ganoderma lucidum.
