| 摘 要： | 目的：了解天津市某区高血压患者服药的依从性现状,分析影响服药依从性的各种危险因素。方法：运用整群随机抽样方法选取天津市某区296名高血压患者,进行问卷调查和个人访谈。通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析获得高血压服药依从性的影响因素。结果：高血压服药依从性得分的中位数为19,四分位间距为4。高血压患者病程和高血压相关知识知晓情况的OR值分别为0.246和3.341,且有统计学意义。结论：天津市某区高血压患者服药依从性较高,较短的患者病程和较低的知识知晓度是高血压患者服药依从性差的主要危险因素。
