婴儿术后疼痛的初步临床研究

为了了解婴儿术后疼痛的情况以及明确治疗方法，本文应用“观察－行为结合计量法”遵循随机对照的原则对１００例婴儿术后的疼痛情况进行了前瞻性的研究。结果表明应用作者提出的这种特别针对婴儿的疼产计量法简便、准确、实用；婴儿术后的确也会象成人一样经历一个严重而持续的疼痛过程，这个过程对患儿的治疗和恢复乃至预后等都可能产生不良影响，因此它必须得到更加的重视和干预。作者建议对婴儿术后的疼痛且采用定量预防性地给药

A PRELIMINARY CLINICAL STUDY OF POSTOPERATIVE PAIN IN INFANTS

In order to study the course of postoperative pain and pain relief in infants,a perspective study with a cluster randomized controlled trials were Performed on 100 infants whohad undergone surgery.The method of assessment and measurement of Pain specially for theinfants was suggested by the author.It combined face scales and behavioral responses of illinfants.The results demonstrated that this method is convenient,accurate and practical. Infants indeed experienced a heavy and constant Pain course after operation.The postoperativepain will affect the treatment,recovery and even the prognosis of ill infants.So it is very important to Pay more attention to the diagnosis and treatment of infants'postoperative aain.The study suggests that the infant's postoperative Pain should be preventsd by administratingthe infants with medicine periodically.
