选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾损伤出血(附29例报告)

目的 探讨肾损伤出血行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术的临床价值.方法 29例肾损伤性血尿患者行超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗.栓塞材料选用明胶海绵粒、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和带纤毛弹簧圈.结果 全部病例超选择栓塞治疗后疗效满意.带纤毛弹簧圈作为低压栓塞剂较明胶海绵和PVA粒定位准确,患肾更多保留了未栓塞部功能.结论 对于肾损伤出血的患者可行超选择肾动脉栓塞术,此法疗效肯定、创伤小、并发症少、可避免肾切除术.栓塞材料的选择要根据肾损伤具体情况加以选择才能达到满意疗效.

Superselective renal embolization for traumatic renal hemorrhage(report of 29 cases)

【Objective】To evaluate the clinical application of superselective renal artery embolization for the treatment of traumatic renal hemorrhage.【Methods】Renal arteries of 29 patients with traumatic hemorrhage were treated percutaneous catheterized superselective renal arterial embolization using metal coils,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),or gelfoam particles.【Results】All 29 patients had superselective renal arterial embolization hematuria get satisfied curative effect.Metal coils with cilia as low-voltage embolic agent helps gelfoam particles and PVA particles positioning accurately.It is maximal preservation of renal tisse and function for renal traumatic hemorrhage.【Conclusion】Superselective renal arterial embolization is effective and safe in the renal trauma,with less invasion and complications.Choosing appropriate embolization material according to particular renal arterial hemorrhage can has satisfied effect in the treatment of renal hemorrhage.
