2006-2010年聊城市乙型病毒性肝炎流行特征分析

[目的]了解聊城市乙肝疫情发展动态,进一步科学、有效地预防和控制乙肝流行,制定控制策略和措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2006～2010年聊城市乙肝疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2006～2010年聊城市累计报告乙肝病例15052例,年均发病率为52：68／10万,各年发病率（／10万）分别为37．43、68．00、68．11、57．55、32．30。2006-2010年年均发病率（／10万）,东阿县最高（185．35）;15～64岁最高（39．86～83．40）,O～14岁最低（2．28～5．85）;男性高于女性（分别为42．96～94．00、25．19～45．64）（P〈0．01）。全部病例中,农民占67．00％。[结论]近几年聊城市乙肝发病率呈下降趋势,青壮年和农民是乙肝防治的重点人群。

Analysis on Epidemiological Features of Hepatitis B in Liaocheng City, 2006-2010

[Objective]To understand the trend of hepatitis B in Liaocheng city,so as to provide scientific basis for establishing strategy for its prevention and control.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to conduct the statistical analysis on the data of hepatitis B in Liaocheng city, 2006-2010. [Results]A total of 15 052 hepatitis B cases were reported during 2006-2010, and the average annual incidence rate was 52.68/10^5. The incidence rate in each year was 37.43/10^5 , 68.00/10^5 , 68.11/10s , and 57.55/10^5 respectively. During 2006-2010, the incidence rate of Dong＇e county was the highest（185.35/10^5 ）. In different age groups,the incidence rate of 15-64（39.86/10^5-83.40/10^5） was the highest,and that of 0-14 （2.28/10^5-5.85/10^5 ） was the lowest. The incidence rate of males was higher than that of females（42.96/10^5-94.00/10^5 ,25.19/10^5-45.64/10^5） （P d0.01）. The farmers accounted for 67.00% of all cases. [Conclusion] In recent years, the incidence rate of hepatitis 13 is descending, more attention should he paid to young and middle-aged people in hepatitis B prevention and control.
