通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的对通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉缺血性心脏病的临床药效进行评价。方法155例冠心病心绞痛病例随机分为观察组（n=76）和对照组（n=79）。两组病例均据病情常规调脂、降压、抗心绞痛药物治疗,治疗组加服通心络胶囊。两组疗程均20d作为分析终点,比较治疗前后两组患者的总有效率,心电图有效率,高脂血症降低情况及不良反应。结果通心络组显效43例（54.4%）,有效32例（40.5%）,总有效率为94.9%;对照组显效32例（42.1%）,有效24例（31.6%）,总有效率为73.7%;通心络组总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论临床应用通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效。

Efficiency and feasibility of tongxinluo capsule treatment with angina caused by coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the efficiency and feasibility of Tongxinluo capsules in treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 155 patients with angina caused by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 79 ） and control group （n = 76 ）. All patients were treated according to conventional lipid disease, relief, anti-angina medication. The experimental group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule addition. After 20 days, index of efficiency were analyzed. Results The rate of response or partly response in experimental group were 54.4% （43 cases） or 40. 5% （32 cases）, respectively, with 94. 9% of total responses rate. But the total response rate in control group was 73.7%, shared by 42. 1% （32cases） response and 31.6% （24 cases） partial response. Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule is efficiency and feasibility in treating coronary heart disease.
