MRI在前列腺癌诊断中的应用

目的：探讨MRI在前列腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法：回顾多种MRI技术（常规EMR平扫与增强、灌注、弥散以及波谱成像技术）在前列腺癌诊断中的应用，比较各种方法在诊断前列腺癌中的优势。结果：多MRI技术的综合应用不仅有利于前列腺癌的检出和定位，有助于前列腺癌的诊断及鉴别，还能提供有关前列腺癌的生长、预后及转移信息。

Clinical Value of MRI for Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI techniques for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods The utilization of multi MRI techniques for the prostate cancer, including MR scan, dynamic enhanced scan, diffusion-weighted imaging and spectroscopy was retrospectively analyzed. The usage of the multi-techniques in evaluating the accuracy of detection of prostate cancer was summarized. Results The utilization of multi MRI techniques was not only helpful in detecting and locating prostate cancer, but also helpful in diagnosing prostate cancer. MRI could provide information about tumor growth, progression and metastasis. Conclusion MRI has an important clinical application value in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010, 31 （4） ：68-69]
