脑梗死患者幽门螺杆菌感染类型同血脂及尿酸的相关性研究

目的研究脑梗死患者幽门螺杆菌感染类型同血脂及尿酸之间的关系。方法对发病1周内的42例脑梗死患者采用免疫印迹法进行幽门螺杆菌分型检测，将其随机分为一型HP感染（A组）27例（64．3％），二型HP感染（B组）9例（21．4％）及HP抗体阴性（C组）6例（14．3％），观察各组的血脂及尿酸。结果42例脑梗死患者中血脂及尿酸，在A组，B组与C组比较，无统计学意义。结论脑梗死患者HP感染类型同血脂及尿酸的改变无关。

The research on the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection types and blood fat and acid uric in patients with cerebral infartion

Objective To study the relationships between helicobacter pylori（HP） infection types and blood fat and acid uric in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Immunoblot were made to class pylori Infection types in 42 consecutive patients with cerebral infarction who had diseases no more than one week. Blood fat and acidum uricum were observed in infection type 1 （group A）, infection type 2 （group B） and infection negative（group C）.Results There was no statistics significance in cotnparison of blood fat and acid uric in group A, group B and group C. Conclusion Helicohacter pylori infection types are not correlated with changes of blood fat and acid uric in patients with cerebral infarction.
