| 摘 要： | 电子签名作为一种便捷，高效，应用范围广，安全保障度高的信息技术，具有自身的强大优势并日趋成熟。山东省千佛山医院作为卫生部指定的电子病历试点医院，近年来在电子病历的应用与实践方面已取得较大成果，并将其与电子病历相结合，为信息的真实性、可靠性提供了坚实的保障，充分完善了信息化系统的建设并为电子病历日后的进一步发展奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | Electronic signature is a convenient, efficient infomlation technology with broad application scope and high security, and it is becoming mature. As pilot hospital appointed by the Ministry of health, Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital has made great achievements in the application and practices of electronic signature, and together with electronic medical record, it not only guaranteed the authentication and reliability of information, but also improved the construction of information system and laid foundations for the further development of electronic medical record. |
