Caspase-3和E-cadherin在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨Caspase-3和E-cadherin在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 75例肾透明细胞癌标本、癌旁标本以及18例正常肾组织采用免疫组化检测Caspase-3和E-cadherin的表达情况.结果 Caspace-3在肾透明细胞癌的阳性表达明显低于正常肾组织和癌旁组织(P＜0.01),随着肾细胞癌病理分级的升高,Caspase-3的阳性表达率降低,临床分期的升高,Caspase-3的阳性表达率增高,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).E-cadherin在肾透明细胞癌的阳性表达明显低于正常肾组织和癌旁组织(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),在癌旁组织表达低于正常肾组织(P＜0.05),其表达与病理分级和临床分期相关(P＜0.05).二者在有淋巴结转移组中的表达低于无转移组(P＜0.05).二者表达呈正相关(r=0.4352,P=0.0002).结论 Caspase-3及E-cadherin在肾透明细胞癌中的异常表达,可能在肾细胞癌的生长、分化中发挥重要作用,可以考虑作为判定肾癌生物学行为的辅助诊断指标.

Expression and clinical significance of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin proteins in RCCC

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin proteins in renal clear cell carcinoma（RCCC）.Methods The expression of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin in 75 cases of RCCC specimens,adjacent samples and 18 normal kidney tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression of Caspace-3 in RCCC was significantly lower than in normal renal tissue and adjacent（P0.05）.The positive expression of E-cadherin in RCCC was significantly lower than in normal renal tissue and adjacent tissue（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and adjacent tissue was lower than normal renal tissue（P〈0.05）,and the expressions was associated with pathological grade and clinical stage（P〈0.05）.Both of these protein expression of lymph node metastasis group were lower than without metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expressions of Caspase-3 was negative correlated with E-cadherin（r=0.4352,P=0.0002）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin in RCCC may be played an important role in RCCC growth and differentiation,can be considered as determining the biological behavior of renal cancer diagnostic marker.
