LISS钢板在胫骨近端骨折中的应用研究

目的探讨LISS钢板在胫骨近端骨折中的应用方法和治疗效果。方法将笔者所在医院2004年3月至2008年3月收治的胫骨近端骨折49例随机分为研究组26例和对照组23例，研究组采用LISS钢板固定，对照组采用普通解剖钢板固定，比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组的优良牢为96．2％，对照组的优良率为69．6％，两组有显著性差异（Χ^2=4．5192，P〈0．05）。两组的恢复时间及不良反应发生率也存在显著性差异（均P〈0．05）。结论LISS钢板应用于胫骨近端骨折中受到较佳疗效，且患者恢复快、不良反应少。

Application research of LISS plate in the treatment of proximal tibial fractures

Objective To explore the application of LISS plate in the treatment of proximal tibial fractures. Methods From March 2008 to January 2009 in our hospital, the 49 cases of proximal tibial fractures were randomly divided into treatment group（26 cases） and control group（23 cases）, the treatment group fixed by less invasive stabilization system（LISS） and the control group fixed by general anatomical plate. Then compared the clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was 96.2% , and in the control group was 69.6% , the difference was signifieant（Χ^2 = 4. 5192, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The recovery time and adverse reaction rate of the two groups had significant difference （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Coclusion LISS plate used in proximal tibial fractures has better curative effect, and patients with rapid recovery, fewer adverse reactions.
