| 摘 要： | 目的了解口腔科门诊护士在工作中产生的压力及对策方法。方法采用问卷调查方式对不同年龄及职称的55名口腔科护士在工作中产生的压力来源进行调查分析。结果劳动强度大是口腔科护士普遍存在的压力源，不同职称及年龄的护士压力源不同。结论口腔科门诊护士长期处于工作强度大，心理压力大等多种压力源的环境中，管理者应给予人文关怀，减轻护士的工作压力，同时护士也要不断提高自我，学会自身减压。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and classify the pressure on nurses in dental clinic for a better measurement. Methods Questionnaires were given to 55 dental nurses with varying age and duties and the pressure origins were classified and investigated. Results Tough work was common among dental nurses and the pressure origins varied with different age and duties. Conclusion Dental nurses always work under physical and mental pressures. The administrator should pay attention to this problem and relieve their pressure. In addition, dental nurses should fulfill self - improvement and relieve pressure. |
