| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者早期康复治疗的方法和效果。方法对100例脑梗死偏瘫患者分组进行分期康复治疗。结果87例获得满意的治疗效果，12例较差，1例死亡。结论对脑梗死偏瘫患者在不同时期采取不同的康复治疗方法，能有效改善其肢体运动功能，提高生活能力，且康复治疗开始越早效果越明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the approach and the effect of early rehabilitative intervention in hemiplegie patients after cerebral infarction. Methods 100 eases hemiplegie patients were divided into groups by stages and had been carried out rehabilitative treatment. Results Satisfactory effect was observed in 87 eases; bad effect was occurred in 12 eases 1 case died. Conclusion Rehabilitative intervention may improve the motor function and the viability of hemiplegic patients. The earlier the rehabilitative intervention begin, the more noticeable effect be obtained. |
