| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复治疗及护理对急性脑梗死患者认知功能障碍的影响。方法98例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组58例及对照组40例，对照组予以常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上予早期康复治疗及护理，采用简明精神状态检查量表（MMSE）和神经功能缺损评分比较两组患者治疗前后认知功能及神经缺损程度。结果治疗组患者较对照组其认知功能及神经缺损程度明显改善（P〈0．01）。结论早期康复治疗及护理能明显改善脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损，提高认知功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive impairment by early rehabilitation treatment and nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 98 cases were randondy divided into treatment group （58 cases） and control group（40 eases）. The control group was administered routine drug treatment and the treatment group was received additional early rehabilitation and nursing. We compared the cognitive function with the MMSE scale and nerve abnormity grade in two groups. Results The cognitive function and nerve abnormity grade of treatment group .were notability amiliorated than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment and nursing could ameliorate the nerve function and increase the cognitive function. |
