| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人消化性溃疡的特征特征。方法对68例老年消化性溃疡患者与100例青壮年患者的临床表现、并发症的差异进行对比分析。结果老年消化性溃疡患者溃疡灶好发于胃体和胃底,临床症状不典型,出血的并发症发生率较高。结论提高对老年人消化性溃疡的临床特征的认知有助于指导临床诊治和预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of elderly peptic ulcer. Methods The data including clinical manifestations, complications of 68 elderly cases and 100 young with peptic ulcer cases were analyzed and compared. Results Elderly peptic ulcer occurred in the gastric body and fundus easily, and clinical characteristics were atypical, the incidence of bleeding complication was high. Conclusion To raise awareness of the clinical features of elderly peptic ulcer is useful to guide clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention. |
