体位固定改良法在颈椎后路手术中应用的效果

目的探讨体位固定改良法在颈椎后路手术中应用的效果。方法将52例行颈椎后路手术的颈椎病患者,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各26例。实验组患者手术体位采用改良法固定,对照组采用传统的体位固定法,观察两组患者体位固定的有效性及术中和术后并发症发生的情况。结果实验组体位固定的有效性优于对照组（P〈0.01）,术中无并发症发生;两组术后均无手术并发症的发生。结论颈椎后路手术患者体位采取改良法固定,其固定效果确切,有利于暴露术野,减少术中及术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Application of Modified Posture Fixation in Cervical Posterior Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of the modified posture fixation in cervical posterior surgery.Methods Fifty-two patients with cervical posterior surgery were randomly divided into the experimental and the control group of 26 patients each.The patients in the experimental group adopted the modified posture fixation,while the patients in the control group received the routine posture fixation.The validity and intra-and post-operative complications in patients of the two groups were observed.Results The validity of the modified posture fixation in the experimental group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.01）.There was no intraoperative complication in the experimental group.No postoperative complication occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The modified posture fixation in cervical posterior surgery was observed with exact therapeutic effects in exposing surgical field and reducing intra-and post-operative complications,which deserves wide clinical application.
