腭裂患者听力减退的分析研究

目的 分析研究腭裂患者听力障碍的影响程度和范围。方法 对22例腭裂术前患者同期进行了钝骨测听，声导抗测试，听脑干反应测试及耳科一般检查。结果 纯音测听听力减退为93.18%，声导抗测试异常的鼓室功能曲线占95.45%，声反射引出率为47.73％，听脑干反应测试，54.55％受试耳的听阈高于正常值，Ⅰ波潜伏期与正常值间有显著性差异，鼓膜内陷为86.36%，咽鼓管咽口呈线型改变达61.36%。结论 多项检测证明腭裂患者听力具有明显异常。

A study on hypoacusis of cleft palate patients

Objective To study the hypoacusis in the cleft palate patients.Methods Simultaneous pure-tone audiometry,acoustic-impedance test and auditory brain-stem response (ABR),plus clinical otological examination were porformed in twenty-two cleft palate patients.Results Routine clinical otological examination found high rate of otopiesis (86.36%) with a 61.36% of the pharyngeal arifice of eustachian tube presenting as a slit.Palatognathus hypoacusis reached 93.18% in pure-tone audiometry.Abnormal tympanagram consisted of 95.45% with a 47.73% positive auditory reflex rae.ABR test found increased hearing threshold level in 54.55% with the value of wave I latency between left or right ears and normal value being signifiecanthy increased.Conclusion The results show obvious abnormality of hypoacusis in the cleft palate patients.
