| 摘 要： | 天然CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞在针对自身抗原和外来抗原的免疫应答中起关键控制作用,其缺乏或功能性的缺陷将导致多重病理性的失调.本文就近年在其产生、作用机制以及与免疫耐受的诱导关系等方面的研究进展进行了综述.
