氨基酸失衡液对荷肝癌H22肿瘤影响的研究

摘    要:目的:研究几种氨基酸失衡液对荷瘤宿主肝癌抑制的影响。方法:以荷肝癌H22ICR小鼠为研究对象,给予全胃肠内营养液12d,根据营养液中氨基酸组成的不同分为:A组(平衡氨基酸组),B组(富含精氨酸氨基酸失衡组),C组(去缬氨酸氨基酸失衡组),D组(富含亮氨酸氨基酸失衡组),E组(去酪氨酸氨基酸失衡组),F组(去苯丙氨酸氨基酸失衡组),G组(去丝氨酸氨基酸失衡组)。以肿瘤体积、肿瘤质量、肿瘤质量/尸质量、肿瘤细胞坏死率、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)指数以及DNA倍性作为观察肝癌抑制的指标。结果:B、C、D、E、F、G与A组比较,肿瘤体积、肿瘤质量、肿瘤质量/尸质量以及PCNA指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),各组肿瘤细胞坏死率、DNA倍性未发现显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:平衡氨基酸组促进肝癌生长,各氨基酸失衡组对肝癌生长具有一定程度的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of several amino acid imbalance solutions on inhibition of hepatocarcinoma in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Total gastric-intestinal nutrition solutions were given to hepatoma22-bearing mice for 12 days. According to formulas of amino acid composition in nutrition solutions,the hepatoma22-bearing mice were divided into seven different groups,group A(amino acid balance solution),group B(arginine-enriched amino acid imbalance solution),group C(valine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution),group D(leusine-enriched amino acid imbalance solution),group E(tyrosine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution),group F(phenylalanine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution) and group G(serine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution). Indices of hepatocarcinoma inhibition include tumor volume,tumor weight,tumor weight/carcass body weight,necrotic rate of tumor cell,PCNA and DNA ploidy. Results: All tumor inhibition indices were significantly lower in B,C,D,E,F and G groups compared with those in the group A(P < 0.01) except necrotic rate of tumor cell and DNA ploidy(P > 0.05). Conclusion: The amino acid balance solution can stimulate tumor growth,but all amino acid imbalance solutions have inhibition effects on hepatocarcinoma in tumor-bearing mice.
