疏血通注射液对女性无介入治疗指征ACS患者内皮功能的影响

目的评价疏血通注射液对无介入治疗指征的女性急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血管内皮功能及近期预后的影响。方法女性ACS患者60例,经冠脉造影证实无支架植入治疗指征,随机分为常规治疗组和疏血通治疗组,治疗疗程共10d。治疗前后均通过超声检查肱动脉血流介导的血管舒张反应（FMD）及检测血浆内皮素1（ET1）、血栓烷B2（TXB2）和6-酮-前列腺素1α（6-keto-PGF1α）表达水平,双重评价血管内皮功能,并观察两组患者的近期预后。结果治疗10d后,两组患者FDM均明显提高,血浆ET1和TXB2水平较治疗前下降,血浆6-keto-PGF1α则较治疗前升高;疏血通治疗组的改变较常规治疗组更为明显。住院期间两组患者心血管事件发生率无统计学意义,但数值上以疏血通治疗组较低。结论疏血通注射液可改善无介入治疗指征的女性ACS患者的血管内皮功能,且具有改善近期预后的倾向。

Influence of Shuxuetong Injection on Endothelial Function in Female Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome Without PCI Indication

Objective To investigate the influence of Shuxuetong injection on the vascular endothelial function and short-term prognosis in female patients（pts）with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods Sixty pts with ACS were randomly divided into two groups：The routine group treated by routine treatment and Shuxuetong group treated by Shuxuetong injection for 10 days.Before treatment and 10 days after treatment,flow-mediated dilation（FMD）of brachial artery as observed by ultrasonography.The plasmatic endothelin 1（ET1）,thromboxane B2（TXB2）and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α（6-keto-PGF1α）were detected.Results Following treatment,FDM and plasmatic 6-keto-PGF1α were increased significantly and plasmatic ET1 and TXB2 were decreased in the routine group,which were more obvious than that in Shuxutong group.During the period of hospitalization,no significant difference was observed in incidence of adverse cardiac events in the two groups and there was relative low incidence in Shuxutong group.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection could ameliorate the vascular endothelial function and improved short-term prognosis in female pts with ACS.
