冠心病秽浊痰阻证与胆红素、血尿酸及血脂关系探讨

目的观察冠心病秽浊痰阻证与胆红素、血尿酸及血脂水平的关系。方法选取冠心病秽浊痰阻证96例、冠心病非秽浊痰阻证92例,正常对照组为同期门诊体检未发现异常者90名。入院时抽取空腹静脉血,进行胆红素（TBIL）、血尿酸（UA）及总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）水平检测与对比分析。结果冠心病秽浊痰阻证组、非秽浊痰阻证组TBIL水平明显低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,冠心病秽浊痰阻证组UA、TG、LDL-C水平明显高于非秽浊痰阻证组及健康对照组（P〈0.05）。结论血尿酸增高及脂质代谢紊乱与冠心病秽浊痰阻证的发生有密切的关系。

Relationship between Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Stagnated Turbid Syndrome and Bilirubin,Uric Acid and Serum Lipids

Objective To investigate the relationship between coronary heat disease with phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome and bilirubin,uric acid as well as serum lipids.Methods A total of 198 samples were obtained from 96 patients（pts） of coronary heart disease with phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome and 92 pts of coronary heart disease without phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome.The contents of total bilirubin（TBIL）,uric acid（UA）,triglyceride（TG） total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,and low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） were analyzed.Results Compared with the normal controls,TBIL levels was significant lower in pts of coronary heat disease with phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome and without phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome（P 0.05）.The levels of UA,TG,and LDL-C in pts of coronary heat disease with phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome were significant higher than that in coronary heat disease without phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome and normal controls（P 0.05）.Conclusion The increase of UA and abnormal serum lipids metabolism were closely related with coronary heat disease and phlegm and stagnated turbid syndrome.
