针刺通里穴结合言语康复训练对脑梗死后运动性失语患者言语功能的影响

目的观察针刺通里穴对脑梗死后运动性失语症患者言语功能的影响,探讨通里穴治疗脑梗死后运动性失语症的临床疗效,并试图探索其可能的作用机制。方法将30例患者随机分为对照组（15例）和治疗组（15例）。两组均给予常规药物及言语康复训练治疗。在此基础上,治疗组配合针刺通里穴治疗。观察治疗前后患者失语症评分、失语严重程度分级的变化。结果两组患者失语严重程度均有改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组失语症总分、复述、说及读得分均有增高（P〈0.01）;治疗组失语症评分说及读得分增高幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论刺激通里穴能明显改善脑梗死后运动性失语患者语言功能,通里穴是治疗脑梗死后运动性失语症有效的穴位。

Influence of Tongli Acupuncture Combined with Speech Function Rehabilitation Training on Speech Functionon in Patients with Motor Aphasia after Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongli acupuncture combined with speech function rehabilitation training in patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.Methods Thirty patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（n= 15） treated with routine treatment and speech rehabilitation training,the treatment group（n= 15） treated with Tongli acupuncture,routine treatment and speech rehabilitation training.The aphasia score and the aphasia severity classification were observed pre-and post-treatment.Results Following treatment,the severity of aphasia classification in two groups were improved,and effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P 0.05）.After treatment,aphasia total scores,the scores of repeating,speaking and reading in two groups were increased（P 0.01）.The scores of speaking and reading were higher in treatment group than that in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Tongli acupuncture could improve speech function in patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.Tongli acupoint was the effective acupoint for treatment of motor aphasia after cerebral infarction.
