| 摘 要： | 报告输尿管囊肿１２例，其典型Ｘ线表现为膀胱内输尿管末端的囊状扩张及囊壁形成的“光晕征”，囊肿还可以有节律地膨胀和收缩。认为Ｘ线透视下动态观察有助于输尿管囊肿的诊断和鉴别诊断。 |

| Abstract: | ? Twelve cases of ureteroceles were reported in this paper. The typical X ray sign of the ureterocele is a dilatation of the intramural segment of the ureter manifested as a radiolucent “halo”. Ureterocele may dilate and constrict rhythmically. It is suggested that dynamic observation under fluoroscopy is helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ureterocele. |
