| 摘 要： | 目的：研究浙麦冬适宜种植生长周期和采收时期。方法：通过考察浙麦冬地上部农艺性状、地下部丛块根数、丛块根重和有效成分总皂苷含量等指标,确定适宜的生长周期和采收期。结果与结论：从单位面积块根产量和年单位面积效益综合考虑,浙麦冬以栽培三周年较为适宜;考虑浙麦冬块根产量和总皂苷含量情况,浙麦冬以5月中旬至6月上旬采收为适宜,比川麦冬采收期晚2个月。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the suitable growth periods and harvest times of Ophiopogon japonicas roots. Methods： The agriculture characters,the numbers and weights of roots,the total saponins content were determined,and the growth periods and harvest times were defined. Results and Conclusion：Three years of growth periods is suitable for O. japonicas,considering the per unit yields of roots and economic benefits. The harvest time is from mid-May to early-June,considering the yield of roots and the total saponins content. |
