摘    要:Transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b) is a potent natural antiproliferative agent that plays an important role in suppressing tumorigenicity. Disruption of TGF-b signaling is implicated in numerous cancers, such as colon-rectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer, et al.
