| 摘 要： | 目的分析比较鼻咽癌患者经过放疗、化疗、免疫综合治疗前、后鼻咽癌患者细胞的免疫功能。方法应用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶法(APAAP)对44例患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,并将治疗前、后复发-残留-转移者与无复发-残留-转移者组的检测结果进行比较分析。结果鼻咽癌患者治疗后复发-残留-转移组CD4 /CD8 较无复发-残留-转移组明显降低(P<0.05),而鼻咽癌患者治疗前、后以及治疗前复发-残留-转移组CD4 /CD8 与无复发-残留-转移组的CD3 、CD4 、CD8 、CD4 /CD8 无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者治疗后的CD4 /CD8 可预测其复发、残留或转移,免疫治疗对于鼻咽癌患者有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the cellular immunity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after the combination therapy which including radiotherapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy.Methods There are 29 residual-recurrent-metastasis patients and 15 no residual-recurrent-metastasis patients of NPC after the combination therapy.The T-lymphocyte subsets of periphery blood were assayed by using(APAAP) technique.Results The ratio of CD4 /CD8 were lower in residual-recurrent-metastasis group(RRMG) than in no residual-recurrent-metastasis group(NRRMG) after the combination therapy(P<0.05).The percentage of CD3 ,CD4 ,CDS and CD4 /CD8 were no marked changes both in after-before the combination therapy and in before NRRMG(P>0.05).Conclusion The ratio of CD4 /CD8 of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after the therapy can anticipate the residual,recurrent and metastasis immunotherapy has the positive significance. |
