依托重点学科重点实验室建设学院型医院

本文结合儿童医院工作实践,从以下方面探讨如何在建设学院型医院过程中加强学科建设:①凝练学科方向,加快重点学科和重点实验室建设;②完善科研管理和激励机制,促进科学研究;③积累完善临床病例资料,建立儿科重大疾病数据库和样本资源库;④以重点学科建设为契机,加强队伍建设和人才培养;⑤服务社会,造福儿童。

Build up Academic Hospital with Support of Key Discipline and Key Laboratory

Based on the development of Beijing Children's Hospital during the last few years, this paper focused on how to improve the construction of an academic hospital from the following points: ① Building discipline orientation, and promoting key discipline and key laboratory construction. ② Completing hospital research administration system and prompting mechanism, encourage research interest. ③ Accumulateing the epidemiological data of the major diseases in children, and construct clinical resource database. ④ Using the opportunity to develop the key disciplines, intensify the development of research staff. ⑤ Serving the society and devote to the children’s health.
